Meet Ryan Bopp!

Pittsburgh native, Bopp attended University of Pittsburgh working as a cook, barge repairer, deck builder, landscaper and inventory auditor before his almost five years at Brunner. His talents include: being the middle child, never purchasing a college textbook, living in water (including the pool of our People & Culture Manager, Brian), performing surgery on vehicles, and playing the harmonica and clarinet!

Today, he is Brunner’s Senior Account Manager in Digital Performance Marketing.

Q: What were some of your high school hobbies? 

A: Lacrosse, squash, golf, musical, tap & ballet, orchestra, and I started a yoga club.

Q: Tell us one high school fun fact. 

A: My girlfriend was 6’4″.

Q: Tell us one college fun fact.

A: I never bought a textbook!

Q: What’s home life like?

A: My girlfriend and I just bought a house and adopted a dog during the shut down.

Q: What do you do on the weekends? 

A: Swim in Brian’s pool, hike, kayak and drink.

Q: Where is your favorite place in the world? 

A: Underwater.

Q: What is one thing you’ve crossed off your bucket list?

A: Scuba diving with sharks.

Q: What is your go-to adult beverage? 

A: Crown Royal Black.

Q: Give us three words you would use to describe yourself.

A: Ridiculous, funny, YOLO.

Q: What are you passionate about? 

A: Rebuilding antique cars.

Q: What is the craziest thing you have ever done? 

A: Stepped foot on Cuba (before you were allowed to).

Q: What is your biggest pet peeve?

A: When people say “sooner rather than later.”

Q: Do you have an unpopular opinion? 

A: Friends is horrible. Watch it without the laugh track. But [also], I believe Tupac is alive.

Q: What is your favorite movie quote?

Q: Any other fun facts about you?

A: Mac Miller was one of my good friends in high school. And, I placed 4th in the Junior Olympics in Judo when I was 12.
